When you place an order we collect: your full name, email address, phone number, delivery address and order details including product, fabric choice and configuration. We use this information to process your order and contact you about delivery.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. When you make a purchase on lavacorners.ie, your card details are entered directly on Stripe's secure servers. Lava Corners never sees, stores, or has access to your card number, CVV, or expiry date. Stripe is certified to PCI DSS Level 1, the highest level of payment security certification. Your personal data is stored securely using Supabase, a GDPR-compliant cloud database provider. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

We keep your order information for 7 years as required by Irish tax law. You can request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing welcome@lavacorners.ie, subject to legal retention requirements.
