About u-shape sofas from Lava Corners
U-shape sofas, sometimes called horseshoe or pit sofas, are the answer when a corner sofa just isn't big enough. They seat five to seven people comfortably and turn an open-plan room into a proper conversation space.
Because of their size, U-shapes have to be considered carefully. We always recommend measuring twice and, where possible, taping the footprint out on the floor before ordering. Joanna will personally talk through your room dimensions, doorways and stair turns, that's part of the service.
Most of our U-shape models include a sleeping function (typically 140 × 200 cm) and large storage compartments under both chaise sections. Frames are solid hardwood with metal corner reinforcements. Foam densities are 35 kg/m³ on the seat for long-term comfort.
